Jim, you are very right….I am a “semi-active” rep and, if you’ve been to my site and have spent any amount of time here, you will notice that I don’t “solicit” business. I educate merchants which is far more than the majority of reps do in this business, for obvious reasons. I will say, that I have written quite a bit of business as a result of this website and the education and total transparency but only, as a result of people contacting me and asking for input. In fact, there have also been many cases where I gave recommendations to merchants to stay with who they were with or, gave them suggestions to make their situation with their current processor better. It sounds like, from your comments, that you are a business owner. Have you bothered to take me up on my FREE email course or, do you feel you totally understand all that you’re paying for regarding your merchant services and you don’t need to know any more?
